Deals Rumor Mill: WeWork, Maxar Technologies, Total

According to the report, the company could buy roughly 70% of the unit for $1.9 billion, which would value the unit at roughly $2.75 billion. Citing an anonymous source, the outlet reported that a cash-and-stock deal could close as soon as August. The report cautioned, however, that the terms could change or the deal could fall through....
