Insurers Continue Exodus From UK Ahead of Brexit

Law360, London (January 3, 2019, 3:23 PM GMT) -- Two leading insurance companies said Thursday they have finalized Brexit relocation plans by transferring their U.K. cross-border contracts or offices to mainland Europe, adding to the list of insurers and reinsurers moving ahead of Britain's withdrawal from the bloc. 

Chubb European Group and QBE European Operations are the latest insurers to reveal they have transferred business from London to mainland Europe as they seek to avoid Brexit disruption.
