Slater And Gordon To Keep LSE In Loop In £637M Asset Row

Law360, London (April 1, 2019, 8:04 PM BST) -- Slater and Gordon and insurance technology firm Watchstone Group have agreed to keep the London Stock Exchange informed about communications with the bourse that they may seek to rely on during their £637 million ($836 million) battle at the High Court.

Judge Richard Jacobs ordered the two warring parties to alert the LSE ahead of any hearing where they will refer to unredacted communications between Watchstone and the stock exchange. The Australian law firm and Watchstone will consider any request that the exchange makes about the use of such evidence, including for such documents to be redacted.
