Family Row Escalates As Real Estate Co. Widens Fraud Suit

Law360, London (April 16, 2019, 4:46 PM BST) -- Property investment firm Tonstate Group has said former chief executive Edward Wojakovski should be ousted as a director of the firm, in the latest move in a bitter family dispute over allegations Wojakovski plundered £14.5 million from the company’s coffers.

Tonstate, or TGL, filed an amended suit with the High Court in London on April 10, adding a raft of new defendants and claiming Wojakovski should be removed as a director under the terms of his employment.
