Pension Trustees' £5.9M Resort Dispute Gets 2020 Trial Date

Law360, London (June 3, 2019, 8:00 PM BST) -- A dispute between a pension administrator and a Guernsey-based trust manager over the treatment of investments poured into a failed Caribbean resort will head to trial at the beginning of 2020, new documents filed with an English court reveal.

Master Paul Teverson said in an order filed with the High Court on Friday that Hartley Pensions’ claim against Estera Corporate Trustees (Guernsey) Ltd. on allegations of negligence and breach of duty has been transferred to the business list and could head to trial as early as January.
