Chubb Exec Says COVID-19 Has Spurred Digitization Trend

Law360, London (October 6, 2020, 3:47 PM BST) -- The COVID-19 pandemic has triggered a big push toward digitization in the insurance and reinsurance sector, and the need for customers to communicate digitally with their insurers is set to rise, according to the executive vice chairman of the Chubb Group.

The move toward digitization will help improve interaction with clients, and the understanding of the customer experience will also increase, said John Keogh, who is also Chubb's chief operating officer.
