Real Estate Rumors: Overseas Union, Amazon, Two Roads

The 72-story tower at 633 W. Fifth St. was the tallest building in Los Angeles before Wilshire Grand, which was recently completed, took that title, Real Deal said. Overseas Union bought the property for $367.5 million in 2013 and subsequently did $50 million of renovations, according to the report....
