Manager Admits Concealing Pensions Failures At Restaurants

Law360, London (January 10, 2019, 12:09 PM GMT) -- An accounts manager has admitted lying to investigators to conceal that restaurants where he was employed as payroll adviser had failed to give workplace pensions to more than 100 members of staff, Britain’s pensions regulator said on Thursday.

Mansoor Nasir pleaded guilty on Wednesday to nine charges of knowingly or recklessly providing The Pensions Regulator with information that was false and misleading, the watchdog said.
