Law360, London (February 8, 2019, 10:48 PM GMT) -- A London judge Friday let a property developer expand a lawsuit accusing the Royal Bank of Scotland PLC of sabotaging his company for profit to include new allegations that a now-defunct government agency directed the bank to reject the developer's refinancing plans.
