The Homestead Community Redevelopment Agency is in the process of selling 3.65 acres of land at 866 S.W. Seventh St. to Centennial Management Corp. for $2.08 million and is now considering rezoning the land to allow for 31 residential units per acre versus the current figure of 15 units, the Journal reported....
