These amended reporting requirements will provide the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission with additional data to evaluate employers' pay practices and may cause employers to evaluate their data using the tests suggested by the EEOC. However the type of data to be collected and the statistical tests[1] the EEOC proposes to conduct on company level data may result in several issues for employers....
