Fisher is a professor of law at Stanford Law School and co-director of the school's Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, as well as special counsel at O'Melveny & Myers LLP. He has argued 35 cases in the Supreme Court, including Crawford v. Washington and Melendez-Diaz v. Massachusetts. Before joining Stanford, he co-chaired the appellate practice group of Davis Wright Tremaine.
