ORDER AWARDING INTERIM ATTORNEYS' FEES AND PAYMENT OF LITIGATION EXPENSES granting 421 Motion for Attorney Fees. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED: The Court hereby awards attorneys fees totaling $12 million (representing 30 7; of the Settlement Fund) and costs and expenses totaling $775,003.70, together with a proportionate share of the interest thereon from the date the funds are deposited in the Settlement Escrow Account until payment of such attorneys' fees and Litigation Expenses, at the rate earned by the Settlement Fund, to be paid solely from the Settlement Fund in accordance with Paragraphs 23 and 24 of the JPMorgan, Natixis, and UniCredit Stipulations. The Stipulations have created a fund of 6;40,000,000 in cash that JPMorgan, Natixis, and UniCredit have paid into an escrow account per the terms of the Stipulations; Counsel for Plaintiffs submitted approximately 15,048.80 hours, with a lodestar value of approximately $12,247,303.50, in support of the attorneys' fee application and Litigation Expenses totaling $775,003.70; and The amount of attorneys' fees awarded and expenses to be paid from the Settlement Fund are fair and reasonable in view of the applicable le gal principles and the particular facts and circumstances of the Action. A separate order shall be entered regarding Final Approval and Judgment. There is no just reason for delay in the entry of this Order, and immediate entry by the Clerk of the Court is expressly directed. (And as further set forth herein.) SO ORDERED.. JUDGMENT APPROVING CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED: The Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of the Action, and all matters relating to the Settlement, as well as personal jurisdiction over all of the Parties and each of the Settlement Class Members. The notice provisions of the Class Action Fairness Act, 28 U.S.C.§1715, have been satisfied. All of the claims asserted against JPMorgan in the Action by Plaintiffs and the other Settlement Cl ass Members are hereby dismissed with prejudice. The Parties shall bear their own costs and expenses, except as otherwise expressly provided in the Stipulation. There is no just reason to delay the entry of this Judgment as a final judgment in this Action. Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to immediately enter this final judgment in this Action. (And as further set forth herein.) SO ORDERED. All of the claims asserted against State Street in the Action by Plaintiffs and the other Settlement Class Members are hereby dismissed with prejudice. The Parties shall bear their own costs and expenses, except as otherwise expressly provided in the Stipulation. The Court finds and concludes that the Parties and their respective counsel have complied in all respects with the requirements of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11 in connection with the institution, prosecution, defense, and settlement of the Action. There is no just reason to delay the entry of this Judgment as a final judgment in this Action.
