Property Co. Says Liverpool Victoria Can't Ax £2M Fire Claim

Law360, London (April 12, 2019, 8:51 PM BST) -- A property company shot back at one of Britain's biggest insurers in its lawsuit demanding coverage for a building fire that caused more than £2 million ($2.6 million) in damages, telling a London court that false information about its director that was later corrected shouldn't void its coverage.
