Dinh has been tapped as the next chief legal and policy officer of the new Fox company that will spin out of Twenty-First Century Fox Inc.’s pending $71.3 billion transaction with The Walt Disney Co.
Dinh’s appointment, which is effective immediately, will put him in charge of all legal, compliance, and regulatory matters, as well as oversight of government and public affairs, according to the company, which is still seeking approval from international regulators for the sale to Disney, which was approved by shareholders in July.
