Microsoft to invest $10 billion in Japan for AI infrastructure

The US technology giant plans to collaborate with Sakura Internet and SoftBank to expand AI infrastructure options and establish domestic data centers to store data locally and enhance cybersecurity. The two Japanese companies are expected to provide graphics processing units and other computing resources.
