Pa. Justices' Ruling May Rein In Grand Jury Report Releases

In the opinion, In re Grand Jury Investigation No. 18, the Supreme Court concluded that because the report did not meet the Investigating Grand Jury Act's statutory definitions of an "investigating grand jury report," it could not be released to the public....
