Serta Lender Litigation Muddies Ch. 11 Debt Cut Plans
Mattress manufacturer Serta Simmons Bedding opened its Chapter 11 case Tuesday in Texas with much discussion of ongoing litigation with prepetition lenders, saying that issues over debt classification need to be addressed before a restructuring can be executed.
