A Delaware federal court has denied Byju's founder Byju Raveendran's request to pursue an interlocutory appeal of bankruptcy court rulings in a lawsuit over an alleged $533 million fraudulent transfer of estate assets, finding the issues overlap with those in a pending appeal of the bankruptcy court's final judgment.
