Workers Can Pursue Calif. Wage Theft Claims In Hertz Ch. 11
A Delaware bankruptcy judge allowed former employees of a Hertz subsidiary to keep pursuing their $60 million wage theft claim, saying that there was no need for each worker allegedly affected to have filed separately and that she did not want the case to be duked out in her courtroom.
