The city and county of San Francisco has told a California federal judge not to grant an advocacy group's request for a preliminary injunction to stop the removal of homeless people and their belongings from public spaces, saying they give ample notice and access to shelters before individuals and possessions are moved and that the plaintiffs' case is based on hearsay.
