The owner of a car club near the site of the Feb. 3 Norfolk Southern train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, filed a class action lawsuit on Tuesday against the rail company, alleging that the train crash exposed residents to toxic chemicals and forced them to scatter from their properties.
