A Delaware bankruptcy judge said Wednesday she was concerned the creditor vote on the Boy Scouts of America's Chapter 11 plan may have been tainted by an attorney's email sent to sexual abuse claimants from the official Tort Claimants Committee account the debtor said was "inflammatory, derogatory, false and misleading."
