McKesson Lands Seat On Insys Creditors Committee
Drug distributor McKesson, which has also drawn accusations it helped fuel the nation's opioid crisis, was among those named Wednesday to the official committee of unsecured creditors in Insys Therapeutics Inc.'s Chapter 11, along with individuals who have filed opioid-related suits and health industry representatives.

Insys Hit With Nationwide Opioid Class Claim In Ch. 11
Bankrupt Insys Therapeutics was hit Monday with a motion seeking recognition of a proposed nationwide class of privately insured consumers, who say the "scourge of opioid abuse" unleashed by the opioid maker jacked up their premiums.
