FIFA bribery suspect Eduardo Li told a New York federal judge Monday that underwriters at Lloyd's and Axis Specialty Europe SE are "playing games" in an effort not to fund his defense under a $50 million directors and officers liability policy by asserting that jurisdiction for the coverage dispute is in Switzerland.
