    SXSW Coverage Suit Can Go Back To 5th Circ., Judge Says

    The organizers of the South by Southwest festival sufficiently alleged diversity jurisdiction in an amended bid for coverage of a now-settled suit over the festival operator's refusal to provide ticket refunds, a Texas federal magistrate judge said, recommending that the coverage fight be sent back to the Fifth Circuit.
