Justices Urged To Revive Challenge To Debit Card Fee Rule

A North Dakota convenience store is petitioning the U.S. Supreme Court to revive its claims challenging a Federal Reserve rule that set limits on certain debit-card transaction fees more than a decade ago, arguing that the Eighth Circuit erred in rejecting the claims as too late.
