Tax Prep Co. Loses Challenge To IRS E-File Ban
The IRS didn't violate a tax preparation company's constitutional rights or administrative law in barring it from filing returns electronically, a New York federal judge ruled, saying the agency was allowed to issue the suspension after investigating the company for filing fraudulent returns.
