The bankruptcy estate agent for a medical center management company said Friday that Greenberg Traurig can't dodge her suit seeking to take back $2.2 million in attorneys' fees, telling a Texas federal judge that she has clearly asserted the money had been paid by the insolvent company.

Greenberg Traurig LLP told a Texas federal court Friday that an agent representing a medical center management company's bankruptcy estate cannot sue to take back $2.2 million in attorneys' fees, arguing it cannot prove the money came from improper accounts.
