OneBeacon America Insurance Co. has urged an Illinois federal judge to clarify that it is not required to indemnify the City of Zion, Illinois, and two of its officials in a $55,000 settlement over a baseball stadium, arguing the claims clearly arose from alleged fraudulent acts and are not covered.
