Hundreds of Houston property owners who sued the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers after their properties flooded during Hurricane Harvey told the Court of Federal Claims that a recent decision in a similar case supported a ruling in their favor.

The Federal Circuit on Thursday held that a lower court wrongly determined hundreds of property owners in Houston can't sue the federal government over claims that the Army Corps of Engineers flooded their properties during Hurricane Harvey.
