A pair of Philadelphia tenants at a self-described luxury apartment complex voluntarily dropped the trio of real estate entities who currently own the apartments from their proposed class action claiming they failed to follow the city's new lead safety disclosure rule, leaving only the two companies who formerly owned the complex.

Two renters have accused the owners of a self-described luxury apartment complex of turning a blind eye to lead testing disclosure requirements implemented in Philadelphia in 2020, in a proposed class action removed to Pennsylvania federal court Tuesday.
