An Illinois federal judge has booted eight cases targeting the NCAA Southeastern Conference's allegedly insufficient concussion safety protocols from multidistrict litigation in Chicago, saying the cases' originating courts lack personal jurisdiction over the conference and thus can't hear the former footballers' claims.
