A former Equinox trainer urged the Second Circuit to reinstate her suit alleging the luxury fitness company allowed its employees to hurl ageist insults at her and then fired her in order to replace her with younger employees.

Luxury fitness company Equinox won't have to face a former trainer's lawsuit claiming she was sidelined and eventually fired because she was over 60 years old, after a New York federal judge ruled that she failed to provide any evidence that the company was motivated by bias.
