    Ohio Agency Nabs Win In Worker's Sex Bias Suit

    An Ohio federal judge granted the state's Department of Youth Services a win Thursday in a worker's suit alleging she was denied a promotion and then demoted because she is a straight woman, ruling that she didn't present sufficient evidence to show the state favored LGBTQ workers.
