A New York federal court ruled Thursday that a former Santander executive could bring to trial part of her lawsuit claiming the company slashed her bonuses, reassigned clients and let her go following her 2019 pregnancy, ruling that she had enough evidence to support her state law pregnancy discrimination claims.
