    9th Circ. Says Warehouse Wage Row Doesn't Fall Under FAA

    The Ninth Circuit ruled Tuesday that a worker who handled Adidas merchandise in a warehouse is exempt from the Federal Arbitration Act because his work was part of an uninterrupted stream of interstate commerce, but it found that California state arbitration law still applies to his wage claims.
