    An insurer need not pay a supplemental life insurance claim from a retired Navy SEAL's widow, a Virginia federal judge ruled Friday, backing the policy's suicide exclusion and rejecting arguments it should not apply given the former SEAL's mental health issues and post-mortem degenerative brain disease diagnosis.
