The Equal Employment Opportunity Commision urged the Seventh Circuit on Tuesday to reverse a district court decision that found plastic maker Flambeau's policy of making employees take medical tests before enrolling in the company's health insurance plan does not violate the Americans with Disabilities Act, saying the lower court erred.
