    Fairfax Unit Freed From Shoddy Silo Coverage Dispute

    A Fairfax unit does not have a duty to indemnify a construction company for a $1.3 million arbitration award against it, a Texas federal judge ruled, finding that construction defects in grain silos assembled by subcontractors were not covered in the company's insurance policy.
