A former PwC in-house counsel who said her crippling anxiety prevented her from doing her job has settled her suit against Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Co. over the termination of her disability benefits, according to a Thursday order in Massachusetts federal court.

A Massachusetts federal judge ordered Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Co. to reconsider its decision to end the disability benefits of a former PricewaterhouseCoopers in-house counsel who claims her crippling anxiety prevented her from doing her job.
