A movie production company is no longer pursuing a lawsuit against its insurer in which it accused the insurer of breaching its errors and omissions policy by declining to cover an arbitration demand, according to a notice filed in New York federal court.

A movie production company says that its insurer must defend it from a cryptocurrency service seeking over $300,000 for allegedly breaching a film fundraising contract for a controversial film about the U.S. Supreme Court's recently overturned Roe v. Wade decision, according to a suit removed to New York federal court Tuesday.
