Progressive Class Cert. Reversals Point To Claim Individuality
Progressive Insurance secured another class certification reversal in a lawsuit over certain adjustments the insurer makes when calculating the actual cash value of a totaled vehicle, and one of the carrier's attorneys praised the Fourth Circuit for finding that the issues at hand are individualistic in nature.
