An Alabama federal judge tossed a Walmart truck driver's proposed class action alleging the company discriminated against female drivers by only providing pants that fit men, finding she failed to show if women drivers took enough of a financial hit when buying their own uniforms.

Walmart's practice of providing and laundering only men's uniform pants for its delivery drivers is sex discrimination, a female driver said in a proposed class action suit filed in Alabama federal court Tuesday.
