    Decas Cranberry Products Inc. asked a Massachusetts federal court Wednesday to declare that Union Standard Insurance Co. owes it $215,000 for defense coverage in an underlying suit by Ocean Spray Cranberry Inc. claiming Decas made false and slanderous claims about the rival.
