Remaining 9/11 Cleanup Injury Suits Tossed
A group of 9/11 recovery workers doesn't have a case against the Battery Park City Authority for alleged injuries related to harmful dust exposure in the wake of the 2001 terrorist attacks, a New York district judge has said in dismissing the remaining 138 cases in the long-running litigation.

NY Federal Judge OKs Deals In Dozens of WTC Debris Suits
The New York federal court overseeing the consolidated litigation by post-9/11 cleanup workers against building managers and their cleanup contractors over their exposure to toxic dust from working at sites in lower Manhattan on Thursday gave the green light to a settlement that would either fully or partially settle the claims of 78 plaintiffs in the litigation.
