Coldwater Creek Hits Ch. 11 With Plans To Liquidate
Women's clothing retailer Coldwater Creek Inc. and several affiliates filed for Chapter 11 protection Friday, saying the company was unable to find a buyer for the business as a going concern and planning to start liquidating its inventory before Mother's Day.
