Apple Inc. on Thursday joined AT&T Mobility LLC and others objecting to the potential sale of customer data in RadioShack Corp.'s bankruptcy as part of its unwinding, saying that the fallen electronics retailer doesn't have the right to sell Apple customer information.

RadioShack Buyer Wants Its Customer Data Out Of IP Sale
The RadioShack creditor affiliate that bought 1,700 of its stores as a going concern at a bankruptcy auction in March said Wednesday that customer data collected during the transition belongs to it and shouldn't be sold at an intellectual property auction set for next week.

Hedge Funds Slam Salus' $129M 'Gotcha' RadioShack Suit
Standard General LP and other hedge fund lenders behind the bid to keep RadioShack Corp. alive asked a Delaware federal judge on Friday to toss creditor Salus Capital Partners LLC's demand for $129 million in loan repayments, calling the adversary suit a "gotcha" attempt to stall the bankrupt retailer's sale.
