A group of last-mile delivery drivers for Amazon have urged a Colorado federal court not to send their putative class suit over required bathroom breaks to arbitration, arguing that their employment agreements are exempt from the Federal Arbitration Act and that the arbitration provisions they signed are unenforceable under state law.
