An Alabama federal judge tossed a lawsuit Tuesday from an ex-employee who claimed Regions Bank failed to accommodate her attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and then illegally fired her for taking medical leave, saying she couldn't overcome the bank's argument that poor performance drove her termination.

A federal judge has suspended an attorney from practicing in the Northern District of Alabama after the attorney deleted his ChatGPT account in a bid to cover up his use of the chatbot to write an erroneous brief, saying the court never imagined having to deal with such "atrocious conduct."
